Job Description

    PLM Developer
    • 6 - 12 Years
    • Chennai
    • 4+ years of experience as a PLM/PDM system administrator or demonstrable level of proficiency. SolidWorks PDM/Manage preferred.
    • Experience with CAD applications such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ProE. SolidWorks preferred.
    • Experience with agile software development discipline and best practices.
    • Knowledge and experience with understanding and guiding engineering lifecycle workflow and change management practices and approaches.
    • Understanding of bill of materials management processes.
    • Strong software process discipline including best-practice design, development, testing, and build, deploy disciplines.
    • Participate or possibly lead discussions with users pertaining to process development as it relates to tools used for product lifecycle management.
    • Coordinate unit, system and integration level test plans, execution, and documentation of results.
    • Knowledge and experience with understanding and guiding engineering lifecycle workflow change management practices and approaches.
    • Lead development and configuration of PLM workflows.
    • Able to develop integrations of CAD tools into PLM/PDM solution.
    • Experience in configuration and management of PLM/PDM domain.
    • Exposure to digital asset and content management systems. Adobe Experience Manager and SolidWorks Composer preferred.
    • Exposure to CGI programs, rendering systems, and experience with 3D modeling and animation tools. 3DStudio Max preferred.
    • Experience with MS SQL.
    • Experience with SolidWorks APIs.
    • Experience and skills with Microsoft Azure (PaaS).
