Job Description

    Job summaryThe Amazon Content & App Partner Engagement (CAPE) team is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst. This role will join a global business intelligence team of analysts, engineers and data scientists. The role will own analytical projects, dashboarding, and business analysis working closely with marketing, business development, and product management teams across India, Japan, and APAC. We are looking for a candidate with strong SQL skills, dashboarding skills (e.g. tableau, QuickSight, Excel), and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.Key job responsibilities
    • Own business intelligence working closely with marketing, business development and product management teams across Japan and APAC
    • Build dashboards and self-service tools to help business teams make data-driven decisions
    • Responsible for analyzing and reporting on key financial metrics during business reviews
    • Support ad hoc data requests across business teams
    About the teamThe Amazon CAPE team brings video and gaming content to customers across Fire TV, Fire tablets, and Amazon Appstore on Android and Windows 11. This role will also support product and engineering teams behind the Amazon Appstore. We work with content providers in entertainment (e.g. Disney, Netflix) and gaming industries (e.g. Square Enix, King). This is an exciting role with opportunity to work on movies, tv and gaming content.,
    • 6+ years experience as a business intelligence analyst
    • Strong SQL skills, preferably experience with AWS Redshift
    • Strong experience with dashboarding tools (e.g. tableau, QuickSight, Excel)
    • Proven experience driving business strategy through deep analysis and insights across diverse stakeholder groups
    • Experience in video entertainment, tv, or mobile apps and gaming
    • Experience with statistical analysis using Python or R
