Job Description

Dear Candidate,As per our discussion, please go through the job description and fill the required details.Company Name : SitelLocation Mumbai, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, ChennaiPosition Pricing AnalystShift 4pm to 1amCandidate with service pricing experience & not product pricingShould have knowledge on FTEShould be from BPO industryJob Responsibilities:Under general direction, responsible for development and maintenance of pricing & financial models to support new and existing client opportunities. The core competencies are:

  • Preparation of basic pricing models for new clients and existing programs
  • Management of the pricing process (collate inputs, facilitate review meeting, obtain approvals, complete pricing grids)
  • Reviewing basic pricing model assumptions and outcomes
  • Presentation of pricing outcomes and assumptions at a Deal Review meeting
  • Development of simple risk and reward models
  • Reviewing Change Requests to determine pricing impact
  • Undertake basic identification and quantification of risk at a basic level, identify any inconsistencies in operational and commercial assumptions (appropriate, relevant, consistent) based upon materiality and impact
With assistance:
  • Preparation of Complex pricing model
  • Undertake periodic review of Standard inputs and assumptions
  • Undertake reviews of current financial outcomes against pricing models to identify exceptions and develop bridges /action plans
This will entail:
  • working with the Sales, Sales Support, Solutions, IT, Operations and Finance teams
  • Ensuring the pricing process is accurate and has integrity, by following defined standards & processes and procedures
  • Producing pricing outcomes that are consistent with Regional profitability targets
  • Meeting deadlines associated with submission of pricing
