Our role also involves acting as subject matter experts for internal and external product events or partner meetings.What you ll achieveAs an eCommerce Principal Product Manager focused on Dells Customer Enablement portfolio, you will apply broad knowledge of the company s products and services to identify new areas of growth, new technology and emerging product opportunities. You will evaluate in-depth market analysis and drive the business case for optimization of existing products and creation of next generation products.This role represents an incredible opportunity to address a vast market segment and customer base that is an area of high interest for Dell. In 2022, as we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced product managers and creative problem solvers with technical backgrounds who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.As a Principal PM at Dell, you believe in the power of empowered teams to drive customer experience and business profitability. Responsible for cross-functional management of the Dell.com customer onboarding platform and enablement solutions, you have strong product instincts, excellent communication and technical skills, and have a good understanding of product design principles. You get excited about creating products that make a difference to our customers and drive business value through technology. You love solving complex problems by collecting and synthesizing data and work with engineers, designers and stakeholders to build scalable solutions that deliver customer value. You also excel at leading without authority and effectively aligning team members and stakeholders around shared set of objectives to drive the right product and customer experience.You will:
    • Own the e-commerce roadmap across multiple products within Dells Customer Onboarding & Enablement portfolio, working with stakeholders across the company
    • Have advanced understanding of business goals and objectives as they relate to the customer journeys and solutions for both internal and external customers
    • Have experience shipping successful products, including defining vision, strategy, outcome-driven product roadmaps and creating and managing backlogs
    • Have experience in training, mentoring, and/or upskilling engineers, product managers, or designers

    • Typically 10+ years of related experience with a bachelor s degree; or 8+ years with a master s degree or equivalent experience
    • Relevant Product Management experience with at least 4+ years experience in building products for ecommerce or online customer experiences
    • A deep understanding of business goals and objectives
    • Strong influencing skills for driving and collaborating cross functional groups
    • Excellent understanding of competitors and their products, as well as potential partner relationships for the product
    Desirable Requirements
    • Proven experience working on a world-class product
    • MBA or master s degree in Engineering or Sciences preferred
    • Experience in the B2B industry with exposure to strategic e-commerce practices preferred
