Our Supplier Process Engineering team works with our suppliers to enable them to produce materials and components of the highest quality. Working closely with our product developers, we select and monitor vendors and suppliers who can meet our high engineering and quality standards. In addition, we perform regular auditing and undertake design and development engineering assignments to develop new products or update existing products. We re also experts in establishing systems and procedures to enhance overall quality.Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Principle Supplier Process Engineer on our ISG PCBA SQE team in India.What you ll achieve As a Principle Supplier Process Engineer, you will be responsible for Enable and manage India ODM/CM PCBA manufacturing processes. You will work with Dell GCM/GSM & Testing engineers to achieve expected result to Internal & external customers. You will:
• Manage PCBA supplier quality to maintain and enhance PCBA supplier quality performance YoY.
• Work with cross-functional team such as engineering, operations, procurement, technology providers, Dell suppliers, regional Dell factories and other Dell functions for PCBA process improvement.
• Develop and manage ODM to secure project milestones and schedules for new platform in NPI and maintain in certain quality level in sustaining phase
• Manage program risks and issues and drive CLCA to closure

• Solid supplier management experience & skills include QPA, QSA, STSM, QBR, NPI, sustaining management, quality incident shooting, site and process qualification
• Strong cross-functional leadership, organizational and trouble-shooting capability. Solid technical background based on good practice in PCBA, or L5~10 system level.
Desirable Requirements
• Above 10 Years working experience with international company, familiar with electro-mechanical products especial on process, production, quality, supplier control and project management. Familiar those products: Sever, Storage, Networking (Switch).
