Job Description

    • Must have developed communication and diplomacy skills with a strong ability to persuade and influence client and stakeholder relationships.
    • Experience in working with Ciscos range of data routing and switching products. 1 years or more experience including high-level design.
    • Able to plan and manage a significant part of the medium to larger and more complex long-term or international projects that will affect the organization and which will deliver benefits to client and/or stakeholder.
    • Participate in CAB review meetings with customer if needed.
    • Drive continuous improvement and process change suggestion.
    • Able to plan, develop and implement the organization and governance, roles, processes and tools to ensure implementation of change control.
    • Able to work with SPM and Program Manager and stakeholders to ensure that the changes are controlled, managed and communicated in such a way as to meet their requirements, and is capable of establishing all arrangements in order to ensure that those requirements are fully met on a continuing basis and that change control is fully integrated with configuration management.
    • Assesses the wider impact of risks and issues and their possible resolutions, on other programmes or projects and/or on business as usual.
