Job Description

    Job DescriptionTasks
    • CoC co-ordination
      • India CoC task coordinator
      • Liaison between central and local team(s)
      • Enablement coordinator local team(s), incl. know-how / skill level target assurance
    • Leading CoC purpose teams on dedicated topic with expert participants from customers and BD
    • Active contribution in Purpose Teams
    • New feature evaluation of chosen Process Mining software (with technical team, if needed)
    • Structured documenting of non- and technical communication (plan, design, implement, present, manage)
    • Presenting and communicating information to other Bosch-wide parties on CoC and defined Process Mining software
    Profile
    • Education:
      • B.E/B.Tech/MCA
    • Background
      • Min. 5 years of working in Analytics or SAP domain
      • 2 years of experience with Celonis / Process Mining Software preferred
      • Several years working with Data analytics / data visualization tools
      • Practical experience in Project Management / general administrative topics is an asset
      • Bosch experience is an asset
      • Practical work in the area of User Experience would be nice
    • Skill
        • Technical
        • Celonis View and Knowledge model, Dash board designing with various KPIs
        • Action Engine, Action flow
        • Building the Data model Basic Knowledge
        • Data pipelining concept Basic knowledge
        • Process knowledge of O2C , P2P , etc. Basic Knowledge
      • Soft Skills
        • Very good communication and good presentation skills
        • Good confidence level, especially with customer communication
        • Team player with ability to motivate others
        • Proactively and independently take on, plan and execute tasks
      • Other IT Skills
        • Basic Excel, Word, Outlook
        • Good ability in using Jira and Confluence
        • Advanced know-how in PowerPoint
