Job Description

    Job Description This role will be responsible for the Material Master classification, enrichment and spend analysis on the customer s data. The aspirant will have a good exposure on the end to end Master Data Management cleansing, maintenance process. Like material, vendor and customer master cleansing, creating and maintaining the records in SAP, migration support activities. Key tasks include: Master data management (Material Master, Vendor Master, Customer Master) Spend classification basis the taxonomy/rules Assess workflows for improvement opportunities and/or execute improvement ideas Responsibilities: Good understanding and work experience of Master Data and its impact on downstream processes. Min. 3 years of professional experience in Master Data Management (key data objects: Customer, Vendor, Material, Product) MDM Strategy & Data Cleansing Strategy Development, Experience in classification, master data management (material, vendor and Customer master enrichment/cleansing), De-Duplication etc. SAP Functional knowledge understanding overall SAP system structure. Perform pre-analysis activities such as classifying invoice and PO records to a specified hierarchy, conduct data reviews to ensure high quality and accuracy of reports on which analysis is performed. Project collaboration: Work effectively both independently and as a member of cross-functional teams Skills: Exposure to Material Master enrichment is must (Must have UNSPSC knowledge, data enrichment, data normalization etc .). Proficient in MS Excel (Strong on Charts, Pivots, Slicers, Excel formulae, Index Match, V lookup & H lookup, Offset, named ranges, Nested loops etc.) Knowledge and experience of key features of Master Data Management Platforms (Sap ECC, SAP MDG, Talend, Stibo, Collibra, Informatica, Winshuttle, etc.) Exposure to spend analysis & classification is must (Must have good understanding of Spend data Analysis) Good Interpersonal, analytical and written communication skills Self-motivated and takes ownership Work Experience: Experience in master data management (material master enrichment/cleansing), Spend classification. Having a knowledge of P2P (Procure to Pay) process will be an added advantage Education: BE Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics,
