Job Description

Collaborates closely with Product Owner to shape and contribute to product strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market needs. Articulates and communicates the product vision effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering a shared understanding and commitment to the products direction. Champions and embodies Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to best practices, and leads Agile ceremonies to drive product development. Translates the product roadmap into actionable product features and user stories, ensuring that the backlog is well-defined and aligned with strategic objectives. Balances business priorities, user needs, and technical feasibility to prioritize the product backlog, effectively managing risks and trade-offs. Assesses and monitors the overall health and performance of the product, making informed decisions to drive its advancement and success. Proactively identifies. assesses, and addresses risks, implementing mitigation and contingency plans to minimize potential disruptions to product development. Solicits and synthesizes customer and internal feedback to drive iterative improvements and inform the product roadmap, leveraging lean validation techniques and user research. Continuously aligns iterations and product direction with business objectives, ensuring that the product delivers value and meets market demands. Manages feature dependencies and orchestrates product releases, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with business timelines. Fosters open and frequent communication within the team, remaining responsive to in-person interactions and creating an environment conducive to collaboration and feedback.Should possess around 8-12 years of industry experience with 4-5 years of relevant experience in product management.Proven experience in product management, including a track record of successfully bringing products to market, driving product strategies, and implementing OKRs to align product initiatives with organizational goals.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in leading Agile product development processes, with the ability to integrate OKRs into the product development framework.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align OKRs with product roadmap and strategy.Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and product improvement, incorporating OKRs to track progress and measure success.Knowledge of market trends, user needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product development and strategy, leveraging OKRs to drive strategic outcomes and measurable results.Familiarity with product management tools and technologies, such as Rally, JIRA, or product analytics platforms, and the ability to integrate OKRs into these platforms for tracking and reporting progress.Candidate holding relevant certifications, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Pragmatic Marketing Certified, and who can demonstrate a strong understanding of how OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) can be effective applied in the product management context will have added advantage. Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and ensure alignment with business goals. Drive Agile methodologies and lead product development processes. Analyze product performance, gather user feedback, and make data-driven decisions for product enhancements.
