Job Description

Assign daily task to the team and monitor the work gets completed on time.Act as facilitator between the team & client to ensure smooth delivery.Maintain timely communication with the clientProduce an on-going set of weekly reports (e.g. On Order Report, Volumetric, Productivity, SLAs etc.) as well as ad-hoc business reports.Demonstrate professional behavior consistent with client code of conduct at all times and in all forms of communication.Prioritize multiple responsibilities to ensure deadlines are met and resolve any issues in a timely manner by collaborating with appropriate business partner(s).Manages the Purchasing Ops team.
