Job Description

What we need You ll be driving the development and deployment of learning programs and solutions for the client and be responsible for logistical implementation, organization and delivery of regional training programmes. You ll also manage the client relationship at a regional level so we re looking for a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.Additionally, we ll require:
    • Proven experience in the rollout of large learning programmes.
    • Broad knowledge of learning interventions.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with peers and business partners.
    • Previous experience of project management methodologies such as critical path, critical chain and agile management.
    • Strong analytical and data reporting skills.
    • Well-rounded business experience resulting in business and financial acumen.
    Ideally you ll also have:
    • Working knowledge of organisational development interventions.
    • An understanding of organisational dynamics.
    • Knowledge of the design of informal and formal blended learning solutions to include e-learning, VILT, ILT and Modern Learner.
    About the role You will engage with senior level stakeholders within the learning environment and the wider business to develop a comprehensive project/programme delivery plan.Additionally you ll:
    • Coordinate and deliver of all aspects of programme scheduling, set-up, registrations and course management.
    • Have line management responsibility for a team of Learning Administrators and Senior Learning Administrators.
    • Deliver and co-ordinate programmes / courses and achieve goals for annual course completions.
    • Communicate all necessary objectives, strategies and updates with programme/process owners, business partners, senior management and stakeholders.
    • Monitor and drive course registrations and cancellations and management of participant issues.
    • Manage budgets to meet budget accountability and delivery plan targets.
    • Manage programme reviews, gather and analyse information via reports and other key performance measures to provide business decision support for suggested developments and implementation., including customer satisfaction / quality management
    • Following contracting, manage the day-to-day relationship between client, internal working teams, and vendors and escalate any issues
    • Monitor service provision and evaluation scores for assigned programmes
    • Ensure that all required reporting is delivered accurately and on time within the month and that the service delivers to the SLA/KPI requirements
    • Work with stakeholders to ensure that appropriate quality assurance processes are in place, and that the delivered learning achieves the expected business objectives
    • Build and maintain a suitable trainer pool, fitting skill and experience levels, as well as volume requirements of the programmes . Including search and sourcing of other required resources and vendors such as venues, transports etc.
