Location: Gremes Road, Chennai Job Type: Full Time Job Mode: Work from Client Location(Gremes Road, Chennai) Experience Range: 8 to 15 YearsSkills & Competencies Required:Responsibility:Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and task dependencies.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, troubleshoot issues, and adapt plans as needed.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with project goals.Project Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and post-project evaluations.Change Management: Effectively manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and objectives.Solution Design: Develop functional specifications based on gathered requirements.Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with technical teams to ensure the seamless integration of functional and technical components.Qualification:Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Business, Engineering, etc.).Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or relevant certifications are often preferred.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience:Proven experience in project management within the software development industry.Familiarity with full software development life cycle, from concept to delivery.Solid understanding of software development processes, technologies, and best practices.Skills:Project Management Tools: Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.Technical Proficiency: Understanding of software development languages, frameworks, and architecture.Time Management: Effective time management and prioritization of tasks.Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts,
