Job Description

        • As the Project Manager, who would be the face of the agency for the client and your responsibilities will include:* Be the single point of contact for client and internal stakeholders for the account/vertical assigned* Day-to-day responsibility of managing projects/client expectations* Display solid understanding of brand guidelines with keen interest to research to gain a deeper insight into business units, products being offered under the specific client account* Ability to interpret and break down briefs (and challenge/ask the appropriate questions to the client for a better and effective output!)* Excellent project management skills to drive SLAs, quality and process compliance - end to end * Problem Solving skills to ensure the overall objective in terms of project deliverables is achieved* Ability to arrive at estimates based on campaign briefs to cover potential deliverables aligned to the requirement and add value in terms of creative concepts, foster ideas from the team to finalize on strategy and budgets of different client requests* Expected to set up or improvise workflows wherever we see scope of improvement* Financial Management of projects and campaigns-o Ensuring work is billed timely and correctlyo KPI monitoringo To support the collation of Management Information Systems for weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings Other competencies / You must have the sensibility to,Good communication/interpersonal skills Proactiveness* Statesmanship- the ability to create dialogues and defuse conflicts* Ability to coordinate and deliver effective work from teams and vendors* Ask the right questions in response to the brief received and mold into a brief suitable for the internal teams* Sensitivity to the client budget approved and effective tracking during the project* Strategize how best the job/campaign can be executed Execute!GREAT TO HAVE* 3+ years of experience in Project Management/Client Servicing in Advertising and/or* Marketing Enthusiasm to deliver the best and push yourself until you are happy with the output
