Develop automated solutions, frameworks and tests across the development lifecycle and in turn supporting rapid development of automated tests to integrate in CI/CD pipeline. More than 4 years industry engineering experience, in either a software or analytics-intensive industrial company, as part of an agile software engineering team, building and running highly available customer-facing products. Detailed knowledge of engineering techniques such as:o Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Delivery (CD)o Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD)o Version Control Systems (GIT & GITFLOW)o Code validation and quality analysis (e.g. sonarqube)o Understand security policies and how they are applied Deep knowledge of test automation development languages, tools and methodologies. e.g. Selenium Web/IDE, Grid, Jmeter. Working knowledge of APIs, micro-services, reactive & event streaming & cloud technologies, frameworks and tooling; e.g Kafka, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes & Helm, Azure, GCP or AWS. Able to write functional and non-functional testing code through responsive or adaptive techniques Experience of testing omni-channel, personalized, data-driven systems and user journeys. Good critical reasoning and analytical skills. Takes ownership of problems through to resolution. Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multitask Solid written and verbal communication skills and able to articulate technical complexity which are understood by both technical and non-technical personnelNice to have Experience with a leading digital customer service platform e.g Salesforce service cloud and chat. Experience with Akamai CDN and testing tools (e.g Cloud test) Working with and contributing to open source projects Experience in testing UIs for multi-lingual websites, including Arabic and Chinese languages Implement containerized solution using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service Practical experience of using version control systems (Git preferred) Secure data solutions by using encryption, Azure confidential computing, and SSL/TLS communications.
