Job Description

    Regional Sales Manager - B2CCandidates profile :- MBA from Top-B-School Must - Batch 2017 / 2018 pass out- Experience from FMCG industry must- B2C / General Trade / Bazaar Trade experience is mustResponsibilities include :- Creating regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives- In charge of managing staff and expanding the customer base.- Responsible for creating and implementing effective sales strategies across a companys branches.- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.- Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities.- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities or product, packaging, and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends, and tracking competitors.- Prepare regular reports and conduct monthly meetings to review performance.- Analyzing market trends and competitors activities in the region.- Ensure the sales tools and system is effectively implemented by team and distributors in the area- Improve and deliver customer experience in targeted sectors and customer groups.- Seeking continuous improvement and efficiency in all operations making sure the voice of the customer is represented in every decision we make.- Drive standardization of our sales offers in line with basic customer offer,
