    • Have hands on experience in .Net Core, C#, MVC, SQL Server, React JS, Azure, GIT, Entity Framework, Design patterns, SOLID Principles.
    • Be self-driven with excellent communication and client facing skills.
    • Be experienced in leading/coaching a team, helping them understand requirements, perform code reviews, prepare coding standards and processes.
    • Work with the architects and business analysts and develop the technical designs.
    • Build and deploy code to Azure DevOps pipelines.
