If you would like some flexibility then please discuss this with the hiring manager.The role of the Resilience Testing Practitioner is to be accountable for the allocated Suites, ensuring resilience end to end testing meets the business needs and requirements and achieves tangible continual service improvements.Test Plan & Implementation: To plan the forward test schedule, applying a customer lens for the continuous testing of playbooks, capturing all continuous improvement actions e.g. lessons learnt to remediate/enhance resilience capabilities Execute structured Technology & Operational testing to demonstrate the effectiveness of recovery invocation and business communicationsReviews and Assurance: Track and test outcomes based on criticality (remediation and enhancement) and validate the closure of actions; incorporate lessons learnt into subsequent tests to validate embedmentPropagation of learns & opportunities: Able to identify opportunities to propagate learnings across other areas What will you be doing Effectively engage key stakeholders relating to defining forward schedule of tests, execution and post exercise reviews; Successfully facilitate execution of tests & Post Exercise Reports (PERs) against SLAs; Develop and maintain an operational testing plan to meet Resilience Partner & Business requirements; Define and collate the management information needed for the service in line with defined standards; Ensure that dependencies and impacts on any other services/functions are managed effectively; Produce documentation & presentation material for stakeholder management purposes; Maintain a good knowledge of current practice and awareness of current developments within own area(s) of expertise.
