SAMS Account are high-end accounts within the customized segment & may often be Corporate Global accounts.The RoleThe SAMS key role is to ensure customer satisfaction while having o direct impact on order & revenue growth for the account. In addition to all the task owned by a Customized CA/CSAS, they take ownership for some task which would be allocated to Sales on Customized Account. However. They do actively sell to the customer. They deliver industry leading service levels while ensuring accurate, timely and complaint sales order and revenue for new and existing large complex contracts. They do this by working directly with customers to understand & deliver against their requests. They work directly with Sales, Business & Delivery to identify growth & customer satisfaction opportunity. They proactively utilize a range of tools to provide data & information to customers, Sales, Business & Delivery.Key Responsibilities
