Job Description

Sales Account Management SpecialistThis role has been designated as Office , which means you will primarily work from an HPE office.Hewlett Packard Enterprise advances the way people live and work. We have the expertise to advise, integrate, and accelerate our customers outcomes from their digital transformation.This is a regional country role, in the front office, focusing on control operations for the TS business. SAMS Account are high-end accounts within the customized segment & may often be Corporate Global accounts.The RoleThe SAMS key role is to ensure customer satisfaction while having o direct impact on order & revenue growth for the account. In addition to all the task owned by a Customized CA/CSAS, they take ownership for some task which would be allocated to Sales on Customized Account. However. They do actively sell to the customer. They deliver industry leading service levels while ensuring accurate, timely and complaint sales order and revenue for new and existing large complex contracts. They do this by working directly with customers to understand & deliver against their requests. They work directly with Sales, Business & Delivery to identify growth & customer satisfaction opportunity. They proactively utilize a range of tools to provide data & information to customers, Sales, Business & Delivery.Key Responsibilities

  • First point of Customer contact for all control enquiries
  • Proactive renewal planning & management
  • Account team member with Sales Business/Delivery contacts
  • Meeting individual metrics related to the activities under their responsibility & Account related metrics for their allocated accounts
  • Ensure compliance in all their activities

  • Strong understanding of HPs portfolio, controls & revenue process E2E & compliance

Day to day activities
  • Ownership and accountability for the end-to-end process to ensure accurate timely response to
  • Customer request
  • Ownership and accountability for sales order management activity, order acceptance and revenue
  • management
  • Proactive planning of customer renewals for care pack
  • Ownership of RAPID report & associated actions where applicable to allocated accounts
  • Resolves Business Decisions Needed ( BO N) requests from GO
  • Identifies process solutions for customer account ts adhering to standard process as far as possible Adherence to all policy and audit requirements
  • Produces spreadsheets & custom deliverables as applicable to allocated accounts
  • Invoicing solutions & DRS Management
  • MEC activities management
