Job Description

    Sales Manager for mortgage home loan urgently needed in various cities of South India.Drive business for improving market share, market growth through demand generation , portfolio management for stronger growth in affordable segment. Identify new customers for business growth. Nurturing relationship with sourcing partners , connectors, referral partners and bank. Ensure high level engagements with customers pre & post service. Maintenance of portfolio with lend to Collect culture followed. Liason with legal, technical, collection and RCU vendors . Complete control of NPA and collections/overdue cases sourced.Education : Graduate or Post graduate preferred.Experience : or any b1-3 years in Home Loan or Loan against property in a NBFCor any bank. Mortgage experience is must.Skills : - Selling skills, negotiations skills, Relationship skills, communications skills, understanding mortgage related products and credit policies- understanding market landscape and competition- Regulatory , legal compliance needs of mortgage industryAge : Below 30 yearsGender : Male or FemaleSalary Budget : Rs. 2.0 3.6 LPA based on experienceLocations : Cities including Chennai (Tambaram, T.Nagar, Annanagar),Coimbatore, Nellore, Pondy, Salem, Trichy, Tirupati, Tiruppur, Hyderabad (Kukatpally, Secunderabad , Ameerpet, ECIL), Guntur, kurnool,RC Puram, Vijayawada, Visakapatnam, Warangal, Bangalore ( Yeswantpur, Whitefield) , Belgaum, Hubli, Kengri, Mysore , Shimoga, Kottyam, kozhikode, Trivandram , Kollam.Driving license and two wheelerInterview Process : Telephone and Face to Face interview at various branch locationsJoining requirements : ImmediateOnly relevant candidates with above criteria only apply
