Atlan started with us building tools to make our own data team more agile.These tools made our team 6x more agile, helping us take on amazing projects like building Indias National Data Platform used by Indias Prime Minister. What will you be doing
• Collaborate with key sales/marketing stakeholders to proactively administer our salesforce instance, drive sales operations strategy, and execute operational plans
• Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights
• Own all aspects of monthly and quarterly sales reporting, forecasting, and finance reporting
• Understand process bottlenecks and inconsistencies and design solutions to enhance sales team performance
• Delivering ongoing education and training to ensure Sales understanding and adoption of process
• Provide Salesforce administration setup and training for all users, system configuration, reporting, documentation of best practices and maintenance of data
• Partnering closely with Finance to understand our contracting and accounting systems and work on continuous improvement
• Work with leaders across teams to conceptualise, design, and implement scalable processes for better insights dissemination (across teams) to make Atlan the fastest learning organisation in the world
What makes you a great match for Atlan
• Experience administering Salesforce and are Salesforce Admin Certified
• Ability to use out-of-the-box SFDC functionality as well as build custom solutions or implement app exchange applications
• You do not wait for instructions and guidelines but instead, believe in taking end-to-end ownership of things.
• You enjoy taking an analytical approach and going deep on hard problems. You ask why until you hit the root cause.
