Resumes and communication must be submitted in English.Responsibilities:In this highly cross-functional role, the SMB Operations Manager will partner closely to develop robust, trusting relationships with key stakeholders and senior leadership, and identify opportunities to improve and ensure KPIs and quotas are met. You will drive efficiencies across the channel by uncovering opportunities, prioritizing requirements, leveraging data to validate opportunity gains and project managing initiatives to a successful close. You will provide critical feedback on all areas of improvement; individual and team level for sales efficiency, performance, and funnel rate improvement. You will monitor and manage account transfers and referral assignments as well as manage and help prioritize reporting and data requests.In the first week, expect to:
