Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE :1. You will be working alongside a highly skilled and experienced team of Architects as well as having support on projects from experienced Consultants and Developer2. You will be given a huge amount of autonomy in the role while still having the support of the wider business when needed3. Develop and maintain certifications and training with salesforce as new technologies and upgrades are released.4. Identify new trends and capabilities, articulate business value, and assess the technical feasibility of new applications5. Test features for release, manage impact analysis, execute training and drive adoption of new features6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills7. Ability to work effectively with non-technical personnel8. Experience with email and/or marketing automation software and integration with databases9. Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) aka ExactTarget is required.10. Experience working with all Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios, including Mobile Connect and Personalization Builder for Emails11. Develop responsive email templates with extensive knowledge of AMPscript and Guide Template Language12. Front-end development building Cloud Pages utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AMPScript13. Experience implementing automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)14. Master with SQL and robust understanding of Marketing Clouds contact data model15. Extensive experience utilizing Journey Builder with a thorough understanding of Audience Builder configuration.16. Ability to elicit requirements and translate to technical solutions that can scale across multiple business units17. Experience with web service integration (REST/SOAP),
