Join our team of consultants during project execution ensuring the delivery of ABAP enabled solutions according to the needs of the customer. Continue to build ABAP development expertise, including the integration throughout the different developer scenarios. Assist the sales team in ABAP specific proposal writing. Sharing the knowledge with colleagues and coaching of new talents in the team Skills Should have knowledge in ABAP with the modules SD, MM, HCM, FI, CO, PP Hands on experience on ABAP/ABAP Objects, Dialog programming, Data dictionary, User-exits, BAdl, Smart Forms, Reports, ALV, RFCs, BDC and other SAP development tools. Demonstrated experience with the creation of RFC, BAPI, ABAP code, User Exits, Enhancements and ABAP Objects. Should be able to translate functional specifications into SAP ABAP technical specifications. Should have worked on SAP Net-Weaver gateway OData Should have worked on SAP Web-Services Strong problem solving, analytical debugging skills Knowledge on workflows Knowledge on OOABAP Excellent communication and documentation skills Requirements Good knowledge of English is mandatory Willing to grow and build knowledge/expertise in SAP Mobility & & SAP S/4 HANA Keen to work abroad and US-based clients. Eager to commit for long-term projects. Willing to work in Rotational Shifts. Ability to handle customer expectations & escalations. Primary & Secondary Skillset: SAP Functional configuration expertise in General Ledger (FI- GL), Controlling (CO), Accounts Receivable(AR), Accounts Payable(AP), Asset Accounting (AA), Project Systems (PS) Profitability Analysis (PA), New GL, Budgeting Planning & Consolidations (BPC) and Cash Management Provides subject matter expertise within industry, product, and process specialty areas Managing communications with project stakeholders and executives Experience leading small to medium project teams to perform tasks with specific goals and deadlines Plans and coordinates efforts of others in performing project assignment tasks Have a good understanding of developing proposals, budgets and for driving teams to deliver within the targets Management of project delivery related schedules and updating stakeholders on status on a regular basis; supervising project progress & outstanding issues and ensuring the quality & timeliness of the deliverables Looking after SLA ensuring timely closure of priority tickets, handling escalations and implementing Develops strong working relationships with key customer contacts, serving as their main point of contact for product knowledge and implementation efforts Should have experience and excellent knowledge working in FI submodules such as Asset accounting, Accounts payable, and Accounts receivable Experience preparing functional specifications and helping the ABAP team in developing RICEFW objects is a must Experience leading in working with data conversions teams Experience in leading and validating cutover activities is required Exposure to Incident / Change / Problem Management Ability to interact with Business Users and understand their requirements if the interaction is required Customer service skills are critical Good Verbal & Written Communication Skills Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations Good interpersonal skills Willing to work in Rotational Shifts Must be an effective problem solver Strong organizational skills SAP Certification Junior SAP ABAP Workflow Consultant Experience: 3 to 5 years Location: Chennai, India. Write, code, and integrate programming specifications, forms and interfaces Should test new interfaces, optimize workflows.
