Job Description

    Hi All,Very Urgent Hiring in SAP ABAP HR CONSULTANT and SAP US PAYROLL with 5 to 12 Years experiences for Chennai Location.Position: Long term contractWork location: ChennaiJD:SAP ABAP HR JD:Expert in payroll configurations (customizing) work and provide support to new and existing functionality
    • Function as resident team expert for all configuration issues (both support and project) within their areas
    (modules) of expertise. Works directly with SMEs to develop and maintain business process policies and procedures.
    • Responsible for reviewing the unit and user acceptance test plans and the quality assurance plans to ensure
    • Provide oversight to various Projects and change requests to assess overall impact
    • Configure based on business requirements the SAP Payroll module
    • Utilize Agile project methodology and tasks required during each phase of the implementation
    • Follow all design work and integration testing protocols, change control procedures, uses company.
    • Develop a specific SAP Solution from Blueprinting, Configuration, Testing and Production Support
    • Assist in the technical preparation of Business Process Procedures, Test Scenarios, End-user
    SAP PAYROLL JD:SAP payroll configuration for Gross payroll and Net Payroll
    • Knowledge of US/Canada payroll (preferred)
    • Tax Reporter configuration
    • Experience with BSI tax factory
    • Third party remittance
    • Payroll catalogue definition including wage type definition and configuration
    • Off cycle payroll definition and processing
    • Levy management
    • Garnishment definition, reporting and management
    • Payroll integration with 3rd party systems such as Workday etc
    • Detailed knowledge and understanding of integration with Compensation and Time Management
    • Experience in creating and defining custom operations and rules
    • Experience with year-end activities and support packs implementation.
    Prefer Immediately Joiner or within 30 days.
