        • Key Responsibilities : 1 Neo AMS- Loreal 2 Be a part of L15 and L2 support teams 3 Resolve production issues, gtrack known issues, get clarifications from the end-user, resolve on Service 4 Now ITSM tool Identify recurring issues and provide a permanent fix
        • Technical Experience : 1 Strong knowledge or working experience of creating calculation views and attribute views in Hana is advantage 2 Knowledge on transport movement and User management along with Role creation/updating is a advantage
        • Professional Attributes : 1 Excellent written and verbal communication skills 2 Possess problem solving skills and comply to processes 3 Address critical issues with urgency and sincerety 4 Identify client pain points and find solutions 5 Highlight issues to supervisor in a timely manner
