    • Job Title: SAP Project Manager
    • Location: Chennai
    • Experience: 4-12 years
    We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to join our team in Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing SAP projects, ensuring successful delivery within established timelines and budget. The role requires a strong understanding of SAP solutions, project management methodologies, and effective communication with stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring project objectives are met.
    2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
    3. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to achieve project milestones.
    4. Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective project delivery.
    5. Lead and motivate project teams, providing clear direction and support for successful project execution.
    6. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
    7. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing project updates and addressing concerns.
    8. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
    Requirements:
    1. Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
    2. 4-12 years of experience as an SAP Project Manager.
    3. Proven track record in successfully managing SAP implementation projects.
    4. In-depth knowledge of SAP solutions and their integration.
    5. Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
    6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    7. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
    8. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
    9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
