Do it here.What you ll be doing.Youll be managing and supporting enterprise customers for their business-critical services. You will be improving the customer experience and taking ownership of assigned tasks, resolving tasks within assigned shift or correctly transitioning to oncoming shift if not resolved. You will track tasks to resolution.
• Monitoring and reviewing the customers security infrastructure and providing recommendations to mitigate security risks.
• Developing and implementing operational process and standards for security event monitoring and incident response.
• Contributing to developing and implementing operational processes and standards for threat and vulnerability management.
• Fixing security patches proactively and measuring them to avoid any security breaches.
• Understanding industry trends in all areas of Information Security.
Additional responsibilities:
• Performing troubleshooting and diagnosis of complex tasks.
• Working with enterprise security device vendors to resolve complex incidents.

You re great at working in teams and can use your interpersonal skills to get your point across. You are self-driven and motivated, with good communication and analytical skills. You re a sought-after team member that thrives in a dynamic work environment. You will be working with multiple partners so networking and managing effective working relationships should be your top most priority.Youll need to have:
• Bachelor s degree or one or more years of work experience.
• Knowledge of security incident log analysis, malware analysis & cyber security incident response.
• Experience providing support for security related technologies (i.e. SIEM, Antivirus, Firewalls, WAF, Proxy, IDS/IPS, DLP).
• A CEH / CompTIA Security certification.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
• A CISSP or CCSP certification.
• Knowledge in SOAR.

• Worked on Products like Zscaler, Netskope, Cyclance Protect, Palo Alto Prisma, iboss, SD-WAN etc.
