Job Description

    Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities -
      • Educate No. of dealers in COMPANYS products and Trained in selling COMPANYS product (as per counter potential mapping).
      • To maximise display of the verticals dealers have agreed in the given space with the help of VM coordinator, Make monthly plan.
      • Get COMPANYS product trainings done through Product Trainer / Self learning:Existing Products, New Products, Get Sales Training on COMPANYS done through Sales Trainer / Self learning.
      • To handle customers generated through:Leads generated by self from, dealers counterLeads taken from dealers.
      • Leads taken from trade customers of the dealers ( TC ), Leads taken from plumbers duringplumber training sessions (PL), Follow up with these above mentioned customers till Maturity - Convert in Sales.
      • To facilitate customer care Specialist to:- To impart plumber trainingcourse.
      • Educate dealers / dealers staff on each new Product / Modification, Maximize New Product Display, Get inaugural orders of New Products, Get regular orders of New Products, Range specific sales target.
      • To brief complete product details of each vertical, our USPs, competition benchmarking, customer care services we offer & explain how does it benefit first him & his customer.
      • To organize Dealers Meet meet keeping in mind brand promotion.
      • To interact and motivate the team to achieve defined sales targets as per Business Plan.
      • To keep self and team abreast with the recent changes being done in the Building industry.
      • Experience in Product Placement, Business Development, and related groundwork.
      • Experience of doingmarketdevelopment and growth.
      • Expertise in creating brand presence and visibility.
      • Experience of /exposure to concept selling rather than product selling.
      • Ability to procure leads and cues from everywhere possible.
      • Ability to establish and maintain a wide network of resources.
      • To follow up effectively and consistently.
