Job Description

    Responsibilities :- Prepare and maintain high quality financial models ad valuation analysis.- Prepare draft reports, tables, exhibits, and charts on a wide range of assignments.- Conduct financial and market analysis as well as economic and industry research.- Assist in auditing valuation related reviews and appraising third party valuations reports.- Review and summarize engagement related documentation.- Review and input financial data into various models or workbooksQualifications and Requirements :- MBA Finance or Chartered Accountant or at least CFA (US) Level 2 cleared.- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.- Should have hands on experience of using Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method and other valuation techniques.- Familiarity with financial statement analysis and business concepts.- Proficiency with Microsoft products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.- Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.- Strong organizational and problem solving skills.- Demonstrated ability to generate a quality work product in a timely manner with strong attention to detail.- Strong communication and Client management skills.- Ability to deliver under tight deadlinesThis job opening was posted long time back.
