PURPOSE: Seeking an experienced technology subject matter expert on Solace and/or SoftwareAG messaging portfolio products to develop and deliver the core messaging infrastructure for the Bank. The candidate will be responsible for design, development, implementation, support and trouble-shooting of the messaging infrastructure which provides connectivity to the various applications across the Bank. The candidate should have a deep understanding of the messaging architecture and topology to build and support consuming applications. The candidate should be able to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for Solace and EDMI/SoftwareAG development and end-to-end Migration Activities including Environment setup, testing support and Production movement from developer perspective.
• Understand clients strategic goal and provide integration solutions to meet those goals.
• Design, develop and implement integration solution with high performance, exception handling and low maintenance.
• Develop services in web Methods ESB Integration Server
• Deliver Messaging Solutions between Applications using Messaging systems like Solace, WebSphere MQ, web Methods Broker etc.,
• Support Dev/SIT/UAT/PT cycles.
• Provide Production Rollout, UVT and L3 Support.
• Responsible for root cause analysis and providing solutions for production and development issues.
• Responsible to complete additional job duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• Work with Application development and business analysts to arrive at the solution and implementation
• Work closely with production support team during production release and troubleshooting production issues
• Responsible for effectively communicating the plan, status and updates to stakeholders and scrum team

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• 8+ years hands on experience and Deep Technical skills in messaging products
• Hands on deep expertise in implementation of integration, migration, tuning, debugging and troubleshooting of business applications using Solace and/or SoftwareAG integration portfolio products (SAG Broker, Info Server).
• Expert in more than one web Methods(wM) technical components and has very good knowledge of entire wM stack.
• Has good understanding of wM infrastructure & product administration areas and can guide team to solve the issues.
• Certified in wM ESB and Messaging Components (Integration Server / Broker / UM)
• Excellent debugging/troubleshooting/problem solving skills
• Experience with SOAP and REST web services
• Experience in working with XML, JSON and FLAT FILE formats
• Experience in working with HTTP, HTTPS, TCP Protocol
• Experience in Messaging with JMS, AMQP, WebSphere MQ based Messaging Systems
• Strong skills on Java/XML/API/SOA programming with demonstrated implementation capabilities
• Very good expertise in implementation of middleware technologies (Solace/SoftwareAG) and migration activities for middleware stack
• Proficient in DevOps, Automation and Cloud and Data domains
• Innovative and Leadership to drive architectural changes
• Very good in troubleshooting skills and willing to try new things & resolving grey issues
• Excellent Stakeholders communication across various infra teams and interface teams and ability to handle client
• Mentor and develop skills of other members of the team.
