Job Description

    Our Client is one of the worlds largest Global bank with strong footprints in region. As a result of the continuing changes in the regulatory landscape they are currently looking to hire senior professional to manage team of 30 FTEs and own the responsibility of planning and stress test delivery, including process and controls, and providing reporting capability.Key responsibilities will include : - Accountable for delivering a common delivery framework across business units, plus the wider execution of processes and controls for plans and stress tests, monitoring progress, and delivery of the stress testing.- Owns and drives the implementation, capability development and maintenance of the Group Stress Testing and Oversight.- Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements.Key skill sets required : - Solid people management and senior global stakeholder management skills- Knowledge of regulatory requirements i.e. BoE Stress Testing, ICAAP requirements at another major firm.- Knowledge of key components of Capital Stress testing i.e. Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Income forecasting, Capital Requirements etc.,
