Job Description

    *Position: Consultant Location: GurugramExperience:Contribute to project delivery as guided by Associate Directors / Managers - in design, development and delivery of business advise / solutions which enable clients to achieve their business objectives Independently lead modules in projects and guide Analysts and Associate Consultants in deliveryHigh degree of curiosity and an ability to go-beyond the current/ immediate briefHigh business awareness and general information of sectors/ solutions, focus on productive work i.e. getting it doneAttention to detail and ability structure arguments/ thoughts analyticallyOwnership of every deliverable which goes out from the personEffectively engage clients in discussions related to project delivery and provide new perspectives / insights.Work towards specialization in any one industrial sector or solution area and develop independent point of view in chosen area Network to build professional relationships within and outside the FirmTo actively engage in knowledge learning, sharing, and storingTo find avenues to learn and contribute to the firms standards of code of conduct, ethics, and client satisfaction standardsEscalate solutions and not problems Skills: Excellent communication skills, balance between strategic and operational focus with the ability to Multi-taskTechnical skills to solve problems of clients and have a complete understanding of KPMG S services, Team worker along with an ability to lead teamsRegular client interface with the ability to solve the problems to meet the needs of the clients Excellent technical report writing skills in English using MS PowerPoint and MS ExcelDemonstrate ability to prepare and deliver presentations. Should be able to share relevant research materials as required as part of projects , *Qualifications: MBA/PGDM/PGDBM (full time) or equivalent from Premier Business Schools 1 to 3 years of experience in education and skill sectorUnderstanding of education and skill sector value chain, knowledge of regulatory and legal environment. Prior experience working in these sectors will be preferredExposure to key stakeholders in education/skill development/ livelihood/social sector in India would be added advantageWell versed in business etiquette to create a good impression in public events, CXO interactions etc.Flexible with locations i.e No location constraintThe ability to grasp, understand the key issues in a case; business writing and presentation skills both oral and written to present persuasive options
