    Job DescriptionName Senior Executive OperationsJob Role Senior Executive DP WorldDepartment OperationsLocation VallurBand 2Roles & ResponsibilitiesPrimary Position Objectives Overall responsibility in the shift to ensure yard & Warehouse operationsKey responsibilities Ensure all safety process of DP World are being implemented on ground. Yard management Plan and execute daily requirement from the customers for timely placement of containers for customs examination Co-ordinate with Reach stacker operator and locators for accurate inventory management. Ensure proper 5S implementation at Yard & Warehouses. Plan and co-ordinate with all internal departments for monitoring of RS productivity. Response to internal & External customer on the status of the request like examination, destuffing, Warehouse movement etc., Maintain complete MIS related to Yard & Warehouse activity. Continually review, identify and introduce improved operating procedures and. systems. Generating daily reports & circulate to relevant stakeholders. Provide time to time feedback to all stakeholders.Qualifications & Competencies Graduate with 4-5 years of MS office experience. 3-4 years of experience in Warehouse or CFS field. Basic understanding of english to respond to emails. Awareness of health, safety and environmental policies and procedures. Effective planning and organisational skills,
