Job Description

* Analyse monthly Profit and loss account of this business unit and relate variances at the Sub business unit level and provide management insight on business health and recommend necessary Improvement and corrective action Proactively forecast P&L in the subsequent period of the year based on the trends, above said Corrective and improvement actions, government policies like change in tax structure,Incentives etc., Business partner with business leaders to provide insightful information on cost position to help Strategic business decision. Costing review and ensure the rate is allocated properly and its assumption is appropriate Manage Account receivable, Account payable and Inventory and ensure relevant KPI are met Lead and take charge of annual budgeting process with various stakeholders. Provide technical expertise and advice on financial issues to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial impact to the business in order to manage their financial responsibilities. Ensure that all tax returns, tax declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop financial staff to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws and standards. Strong in strategic planning and financial analysis, *Requirements

  • Working Knowledge in SAP and/or Oracle in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of USGAAP and HFM is preferable
  • Indirect tax support for Division
  • Experience in area of financial reporting under Indian GAAP in a manufacturing organisation
  • Working knowledge in Indirect Tax Accounting and familiar with Indirect Tax issues for
Manufacturing
  • Strong business acumen with meticulous eye for details
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
