Position Description Introduction Seeking for a strong team member to join our security team as Senior Information Security Specialist for maintaining the enterprise vision, strategy and program to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected within an Information Security management System (ISMS). The role provides support and consultations with the other nominated Information security professionals and business units across Visteon Corporation. The Responsibilities BCP & DR
1. Design and customise BC/DR management strategy along with the framework, which must be in line with the industry standards
2. Drive BC/DR programs for Visteon Corporation
3. Address IT and business stakeholders on the BC/DR strategies
4. Perform Business Impact Analysis on Visteon s Critical applications & IT services
5. Assess, develop and communicate contingency requirements and recovery plans required to protect the company in the event that facilities or technology resources are unavailable due to an unforeseen disruption.
6. Execute BC/DR drills and document the results with remediation and follow-ups
Compliance & Standards
• Establish, develop and maintain information assets and technologies in adherence to the company regulations, policies as well as in compliance to the legal and regulatory requirements
• Development and publication of information security policies and procedures
• Responsible for the secure build, acquisition and implementation as well as for the delivery, service and support of technical measures concerning Information Security
• Lead security assessments, audits and compliance requirements of Visteon s customers
• Lead information security audits and oversight of information security audit remediation
• Regulate the company specific concerns regarding Information Security on behalf of the management which includes the alignment, planning, monitoring, evaluation and assessment of Information Security
Security Awareness
• Drive Security awareness program across Visteon corporation
• Implement security eLearning tools and manage Phishing campaigns
• Innovative ideas to improve security awareness to staff
Desired Competencies:
• Expert knowledge in implementing Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery frameworks (ISO 22301)
• Expert knowledge in TISAX, ISO 27001, ISO 20000 standards
• Expert knowledge in implementing and driving security awareness tools and simulated phishing campaigns (LMS, Knowbe4, Proofpoint, Terranova, SANS)
• Expert understanding in information security methodologies, frameworks and tools
• Exposure in managing Information Security management systems (ISMS)
• Knowledge of IT process implementation (ITIL)
• Knowledge on cloud security framework
• Knowledge on broad range of security technologies, including NextGen Firewalls, DLP, NAC, IDS/ IPS, IdAM, SIEM, Endpoint Protections
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Persistent, self-managing, results-oriented and innovative
• Fluent in written and spoken English
