Job Description

We are looking for a Senior IT Administrator who will be responsible for overall systems administration for the technical design, architecture, planning, implementation, and the highest level of performance tuning and recovery procedures for mission critical enterprise systems. Job Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience supporting a diverse computing environment
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience on ESXi and VM deployment
  • 5+ years experience on Desktop Support (L1/L2 Support)
  • Should have strong time management skills
  • Experience in maintaining System & Network Administration at desired level
  • Experience in working with and coordinating third party service providers
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Should have strong organizational skills and able to prioritize work
  • Should have desire to learn new technologies at a rapid pace
  • Good knowledge in Endpoint Security McAfee or Symantec, Windows server 2012/2016, Win 10, MacOS Sierra and higher
  • Should have experience with Linux, VM deployments, Office 365 and End user support
  • Experience on documentation skills to deploy and managing security policies and procedures
  • Current Microsoft, Amazon Web Services certifications
  • Must have experience in Windows Server Administration and Active directory 202 & above
  • Candidates must be willing to work on the PST time zone
Minimum Experience: 8 Yrs Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Should serve as a technical expert in the area of systems administration for complex operating systems and network management
  • Should recommend the redesign and configuration of operating systems, system applications
  • Need to investigate and analyse the feasibility of system requirements and develops system specifications
  • Should identify methods, solutions, and provides project leadership and management in order to provide a high level of service for the company
  • Should manage Network firewalls especially Fortinet, Palo Alto and Cisco
  • Should have knowledge in using internal network scan/vulnerability assessment tools like Nessus and plus to have ManageEngine products using Desktop Central, Helpdesk and AD tools
  • Must to have working experience on security platform like PCI DSS, SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR Security Compliance
  • Hands on experience with common security tools, including packet capture and inspection, vulnerability assessment, MFA and password management
  • Trouble-shooting the issues at system and network level using Wireshark & nmap
Education:
  • Bachelor s Degree in Engineering
  • Any two of the mentioned certifications would be nice to have CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA, A+, Security +, Network + certification (or equivalent)
