  • IRFS -16 Lease accounting and reconciliation
  • AP Rectifications
  • Seats and CTM recharge review
  • GL Review
  • Commentary for Monthly Variance
  • Preparation of Business performance for Property and CTM
  • Preparation of Funding cost
  • B/S recon
  • Financial inputs for Property FORF and Infrastructure forum
  • CWIP capitalisation
  • GMP reconciliation
  • Tracking of IRL spends
  • Handling Internal and statutory Audit
  • CR validation
  • Recovery of Security deposit
  • Review of Rental Payments
  • PO approval
  • Electricity Banking units review
  • Preparation of E-sale/Scrap invoice and accounting
