  • Report and analyze on commercial, operational and financial performance of Services and Solutions Delivery (SSD) organization, identify and share actionable insights on performance and anchor financial reviews with Market/BG/SSD leadership.
  • Take ownership in driving the performance management cycle including target setting, AOP underpinning in collaboration with Markets and in driving accurate forecast submissions.
  • Build consensus towards a harmonized bottom up forecasting approach to create the right transparency in performance assessment.
  • Initiate, actively contribute and act as sparring partner for driving top line growth, margin improvement and productivity initiatives x-Market/BG.
  • Team up with M2O, O2C and finance pillars in SSD to bring early visibility into potential risks and opportunities with respect to financial ambition and to drive value creation.
  • Harmonize analytical framework across Markets and enable cross sharing of best practices.
  • Drive simplification and automation efforts across the team and take initiative on adopting digital tools
  • Drive simplification and automation efforts to bring greater efficiency in ways of working.
  • Prepare for, participate in and follow up on actions regarding performance and strategy meetings. Take initiative to bring financial issues and opportunities to the attention of relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy and integrity of financial information reported in various Philips systems and tools
  • Collaborate with Accounting Operations teams, FP&A CoEs, Market finance teams for problem solving on accounting issues and driving permanent countermeasures.
  • Participate & execute projects to contribute to FP&A and Finance Hoshin.
  • Operational Excellence Acquire and adopt LEAN methodologies & techniques on a day to day basis in delivering outcomes. Assimilate LEAN as part of the work culture.
