Job Description

    Role and ResponsibilitiesAbility to lead SAP Basis Team Members & lead conversations with Business Stake Holders, Partners, Leaders, Architects etc.,Ability to lead and oversee the Audits, Risk Compliance and Business Continuity Plans.Work closely with functional and business teams in order to adequately support requirements.Provide guidance to team during high-level architecture, System sizing and infrastructure requirements.Provide technical leadership and continous improvement ideas for defining and achieving objectivesAdvise on technical approach for all systems integrating to SAPDefine and own platform architecture utilizing on-premise architecture,Cloud environment, enterprise standards, best practices and reference architecture in large scale SAP Systems.Provide SAP roadmap for IT landscape and technical inputs on best practices and recommendation for IT transformation and Digital enablement.Required Skills and experienceDeep understanding of SAP Basis Workstream and provide hands-on leadership in implementing and/or support different SAP Compoenents such as SAP ECC, SAP APO, SAP BW, SAP Solution Manager, SAP Fiori, SAP BO, SAP GRC, SAP SLD etc.,Technical proficency with atleast 1+ full life cylce of SAP S/4 HANA Implementation and support expereince is must.Should have CLOUD implementation and Migration expirence preferbly on AWS or Google or AZURE hyperscalers.Should have good understanding working knowldge on any Hardware Infrastructure - IBM/HP/DELL etc., running on SAP Systems.Should have in-depth skills and expertise in Service, Release Management and Technical Deployment.Should have very good communication skills,Leadership abilities and Stakeholders ManagementShould be ready to learn / explore SAP technologies especially in Cloud and Infrastructure domain,
