Job Description

*Roles and responsibilitiesThe role would be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and solution-finding for IDM / IAM and PAM products, to work on providing operations & technical support to ensure seamless customer support and assisting in expanding the applications integrated into the IAM platform as well as develop and improve the process efficiency. The ideal candidate will:

  • At least 24 months of IDM domain experience
  • Act as a work stream participant on small- to medium-sized projects
  • A quick learner and adaptable to changing environments
  • Deliver timely and high-quality work diligently
  • Have strong analytical skills
  • Build strong professional working relationships with client personnel
  • Understand IDM solution design and configuration
  • Working in rotational shifts supporting client environment.
  • Deliver timely and high-quality work diligently
  • Identify issues and opportunities, and communicate them to appropriate senior member
Technical skills:
  • Should have experience in any one of the IDM product (OIM, OAM, Sail Point, CyberArk, Ping etc)
  • Should have experience computer languages like JAVA, HTML and etc.
  • Support applications for identity, authorization, and policy management in a multi-tiered infrastructure.
  • Assist in requirements gathering for IAM projects alongside experiences IAM professionals.
  • Ensure IAM applications and Systems are running correctly.
  • Handle the IAM tickets and services appropriate to the technologies being supported.
  • Implement fixes as needed to remediate problems.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem solving skills to identify and remediate issues within IAM systems.
  • Monitor existing IAM implementations for problems and/or issues.
  • Familiar with any of the ticketing tool / ITSM tool.
  • Ensure governance processes and industry best practices are implemented correctly and working as designed.
Behavioral / team skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Ready to work in Shifts (on 3 shift rotation pattern)
  • Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to learn and contribute
  • Focused and self-motivated approach to work
  • Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
