APM Terminals (a part of the A.P. As an organization we strongly believe in a people-centric approach with emphasis on employee engagement and work-life balance.Show More Key responsibilitiesPreparation /managing recharges for APMT HQ for the pass through cost (end to end ownership) Periodic analysis on recharges and action on the necessary items/follow up on the dispute items Provide PO/PR related advice and information to the relevant team in GSC /APMT HQ staff and business partners as and when required, expectation is to provide extensive value added analysis. Support teams (in GSC) in implementing process ideas/ improvements in existing process Providing timely support to HQ staff and PMO team in GSC on PR/PO process also help on technical queries relates to IFS10 PO module Being a super user for IFS10 for procurement module, responsible to provide necessary trainings, query resolutions to the related teams/audience Maintaining purchase order Authority matrix for APMT HQ (relates to IFS10) GL reconciliation for AP and pass through accounts/CC Review of monthly cost accruals (Open PO accrual) Strong stakeholder engagement with the Headquarter Corporate Finance Meeting of all deadlines as defined in the Service Level Agreements Proficiency in managing accounts payables, from requisition to pay and maintaining banking processes and vendor reconciliation Ensuring that all payments are made to suppliers within the stipulated timeframe and managing accounts payable within the pre-set parameters Identifying & developing potential vendors / suppliers for achieving cost effectiveness; assessing performance of the vendors based on their competitiveness, reaction capabilities, etc. Ensures all implemented processes and procedures are documented and kept up to date (SOPs, guidelines) Aims at always closing process open items/ issues in a timely and qualitative manner.
