Nokia s Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.What you will learn and contribute to This open position corresponds to Individual Technical contributor in Broadband access domain focusing on feature development in platform equipment and system software management.Are you passionate about solving problems As part of our team, you will:- SW design and Implementation of BBF/IETF standard features and customer requirements for wide range of DSL and xPON access products and solutions in latest software defined access networks domain.- Coding, peer reviews and validation cycles- Problem solving, bug fixing and maintenance- Internal process and technical improvements, defect prevention and a host of continuous learning, collaboration and performance initiatives- Innovation and patenting opportunitiesYour skills and experience Ideal candidate should possess the following skills:- Bachelors or Master engineering degree in Electronics/Communication/Computer science or Masters in computer applications or equivalent- Strong programming skills and hands-on experience: C, C++, shell scripting in Linux environment - preferably in embedded systems with Networking background- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies- Excellent debugging skills eg. GDB- Effective team player and good interpersonal skillsIt would be nice if you also had:- Knowledge of network management protocols eg.
