Job Description

    • Creating online documentation, tutorials, sample programs/code, and other content for an audience ranging from non-technical end-users to developers and administrators
    • Meeting with product managers, software engineers, and UI designers to ensure all new features and changes are fully documented
    • Working with Support and Customer Success engineers to help drive customer engagement and adoption through the following activities: Contributing to Knowledge Base articles. Editing technical blog posts. Developing training materials, implementation guides, best practices, and FAQs.
    About You
    • 4+ years experience creating technical product documentation
    • Experience with modern Technical Documentation platforms
    • Experience creating training materials and other interactive, rich media content (e.g. videos, tutorials, CBTs)
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Services)
    • Knowledge of RDBMS and SQL (e.g. Oracle, Postgres, MySQL)
    • Some exposure to programming languages (e.g. Python, Java, JavaScript, Go)
    • Experience interviewing PMs, engineers, and SMEs for technical information.
