Job Description

    Dear Candidates,Job Title: Service AdvisorQualificationA BE / diploma is preferred, but not essential if supported by relevant work experience & skills.Experience: min. 2 years in Service Advisor / Marketing management, of which min. 1 years experience in automobiles and Dealerships in the after-sales and workshop Workshop Service on Car SegmentSkills
    • Understanding of all technical documents related to the car.
    • Making informed recommendations based on the customers needs and wants.
    • Good communication; comfortably speak and write English.
    • You are truthful and will never lie / cheat.
    • You are hardworking and willing to extend beyond normal working hours as and when needed.
    • You have a valid 2W and 4W drivers license. You have a positive attitude and believe in hard work with sincerity.
    Location: Chennai, Coimbatore.Remuneration: market-related salary performance incentive Statutory benefitsRoles and Responsibilities
    • Pick up the customers car from their residence or office.
    • Drive to our preferred service center.
    • Ensure high-quality work is done at the lowest possible cost, using your technical knowledge.
    • Perform a strict quality check on the entire vehicle.
    • Drop the car back at the customers address.
    • Explain all tasks completed and costs saved in detail to the customer.
    • Ensure customer delight by working sincerely and with a very positive attitude.
