This role requires front ending Service Excellence support for BUK Ops at BX India supporting the Retail & Personal Banking, Wealth and Business Financial Assistance Operations for the Chennai & Noida based teams. This role will directly contribute towards the High Value Ops agenda by identifying improvement opportunities and executing them with minimum supervision. There are already some strategic (high value) projects identified in the above mentioned TCs and this role will directly contribute in execution of those projects. The candidate is also expected to support delivery of high value/strategic PI initiatives including delivery in 3rd party sites and hence has to have substantial prior experience in senior stakeholder management which is commensurate with the experience/capability expected from an AVP level profile. What will you be doing Key accountability from this role is as follows: Process improvement (60%) Project management (20%) Stakeholder management (20%)What we re looking for : The role requires the candidate to be an expert in Lean Six Sigma Candidate should have working knowledge of Automation (project delivery lifecycle) including impact assessment on parameters like risk & controls, cost vs benefit / business case preparation, supporting automation performance analysis Minimum process re-engineering / transformation related experience of 8 years Understanding of Banking processes Expertise in value Stream Mapping, identifying process wastes, robotic opportunities and end to end stakeholder and project management. Knowledge of efficiency enhancement tools like Active operations management (AoMi) Proficiency in IBM Blueworks or another mainstream process mapping tool Understanding and experience of managing operational risks and controls Understanding of and exposure to project management disciplines and techniquesSkills that will help you in the role Exposure of various automation tools like Blue Prism, UI path, Appian, Appzillon etc. and should be adept in carrying out discovery exercises independentlyWhere will you be working Chennai Be More at Barclays At Barclays, each day is about being more as a professional, and as a person.
