  • Demonstrate Omni-channel thinking and engagement creation experience.
  • Provide solutions for multiple projects simultaneously, interfacing with business clients, subject matter experts, IT and internal project managers to ensure timely delivery of initiatives and status communication to all involved parties.
  • Understand complex architectures and clearly communicate those architectures at both a technical and executive level. Find areas of agreement, brainstorm solutions, and gain consensus and alignment on solutions.
  • Research, prototype, and document the organization s best practices using industry standards for new technology usage.
  • Promote and teach best practices, system design principles and adoption of new technology or techniques.
  • Assist in making build vs. buy decisions; coordinate with other business units in the organization to stay informed of emerging technology implementations.
  • Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models.
  • Drive digital innovation by leveraging innovative new technologies and approaches to renovate, extend, and transform the existing technology base to optimize user experience.
What we re looking for.You ll need to have:
  • Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Two and more years of experience in solution/technical/enterprise architecture.
  • Telecom Domain experience.
  • Solution experience in Customer and Assisted Channels Bots, Mobile Apps, Care Applications.
  • Experience in OSS/BSS Stack.
  • Experience designing large scale chatbot solutions, integration with chat, Voice & CRM systems, agent assistant, and RPA solutions.
  • Sound understanding and experience on TMForum Open APIs implementation and design.
  • Experience in designing Customer journeys, NBAs, Predictive intelligence & machine learning analytics.
  • Technologies & Tools( Any one or more ): Cloud Native web development experience in ReactJS, Microservices, Springboot , APIGEE, AEM etc.
  • Experience in Dialog flow, AI or in any popular NLP engines.
Even better if you have:
  • Good understanding of Amdocs CatalogONE.
  • Deep analytical skills &Exposure to ML/AI tools & technologies.
  • Platform/Deployment in AWS with Kubernetes.
  • TOGAF, TMForum certification.
  • Strong, persuasive communication and presentation skills.
