Job Description

    Job DescriptionResponsibilities : Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites using C# and Rest Sharp to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications. Design and implement automated test scripts for RESTful APIs, including testing endpoints for functionality, performance, and security. Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements, identify test scenarios, and define test strategies and approaches. Execute automated tests, analyze test results, and report defects to the development team, ensuring timely resolution and regression testing. Participate in code reviews, providing feedback on test code quality, test coverage, and adherence to coding standards. Work closely with quality assurance (QA) analysts and software developers to identify areas for test automation and implement solutions to streamline the testing process. Develop and maintain test data sets and test environments, ensuring data integrity and. consistency throughout the testing process. Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated test execution and integration with build systems. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in test automation, C#, and Rest Sharp, and share knowledge with the team to improve overall testing processes.Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8 -12 years of experience in software development and quality assurance, with a focus on test automation using C# and Rest Sharp. Strong proficiency in C# programming language and experience with .NET framework and related technologies. Experience with Rest Sharp or similar libraries for consuming RESTful APIs and performing API testing. Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as NUnit, MSTest, or Selenium WebDriver. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate test results and findings to stakeholders.(ref:hirist.tech,
