Summary:What you need to know about the role:The PayPal Global Merchant Sales & Services Technology Organization is responsible for implementing a strategy to deliver a comprehensive platform for the Merchant Sales organization based on the Salesforce Platform. As a Quality Engineer in this space, you will partner with the dedicated domain scrum team in managing, defining, designing, testing and delivering world-class products and experiences within Salesforce. You will collaborate with the Merchant Sales & Services Product & Development teams for the performance of the teams product and the KPIs related to their product. You will collaborate with multi-functional areas across PayPal and different regions, including sales, pricing, marketing, legal, compliance, and risk. Meet our team:The Quality team that supports development testing, process improvement metrics, bug tracking and automation for the primary PayPal Salesforce instance supporting our Merchant Clients, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations and all contract management. This is a small team of individuals who are each aligned with one or more domain scrum teams and work in 2 week sprints to deliver valuable, quality products to enhance the Merchant experience.Your way to impact As a Quality Engineer in this space, you will partner with the dedicated domain scrum team in managing, defining, designing, testing and delivering world-class products and experiences within Salesforce. • Collaborate and working cross functionally with sales, developers/engineering teams, product teams, and stakeholders
• Drive product quality by building automation to test end to end solutions with a team of world-class engineers and designers
• Translate products technical specifications to create manual & automated test scripts to ensure quality releases
• Create and execute quality test scripts, create test accounts and test data, to meet analytical and operational reporting needs supported within the Salesforce platform

What do you need to bring

• 3 years QA engineering, writing both manual & automated test scripts
• 3 years Development experience with Java, Apex, Selenium or other coding languages
• 2+ years Agile experience using Jira & other Atlassian tools
• Salesforce Admin or Developer Certification (SFDC)
• 2+ years experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud with Salesforce
• 2+ years automation experience using Selenium, Zephyr, Test Rail, Xray, Provar, Leapwork or Copado RTA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be pursuing a Bachelors or Masters in MIS, Analytics, Technical, or related field from an accredited college or university or have significant work experience
• Experience working with technical and non-technical teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork experience
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving abilities - focus on what really matters and deliver results
