Job Description

  • Experience in automation, auto recovery and platform performance management.
  • Triage and troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to grasp and convey complex product requirements or technical concepts.
  • Results oriented with focus on customer experience and delivery.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that we meet the business needs.

  • Will require to be on call on a rotational basis.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of proven experience in Splunk Infrastructure, Infrastructure engineering or System administration.
  • Hands on experience with Unix/Linux administration, shell scripting, networking concepts and troubleshooting live issues.
  • Experience with Observability, Monitoring and Alerting using Splunk or similar products, data pipeline management is a plus.
  • Good understanding of Splunk products, architecture, and SPL.
  • Syslog-ng, log centralization setup and management.
