Do it here.What you ll be doing.As a Solution Architect, the person will be responsible for identifying, creating and maintaining end-to-end architecture artifacts including, interface design document, process design document, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams and data models across the BSS ecosystem. Duties include collaborating with all the stakeholders to understand requirements and business processes and then translate that to solution architecture. You will hold an integral role in designing next generation solutions to allow Verizon to be more efficient and agile.

  • Work with the business team to deeply understand their business needs and design solutions and frameworks across BSS stack, that make the best use of the Verizon next generation platform.
  • Creating Enterprise Architecture reference architectures and repeatable patterns for integration.
  • Identify reusable components to reduce build time, improve performance.
  • Should be able to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of existing, new and emerging technologies that enable and drive new business solutions and models.
  • Document end to end solution design, system impacts, and facilitate solution alignment & commitment.
  • Proactively identifying and remediating areas for process improvements.
  • Assist operation teams and testing teams for any production issues.
  • Provide technical and process guidance to various IT teams.
  • Create positive relationship with business and IT teams.
What we re looking for.Youll need to have:
  • Bachelor s degree or four or more years of experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Telecom BSS Experience.
  • Experience providing solutions around new products launches, offers and promotions, marketing, product catalog, Third party integrations.
  • TMForum Open API experience.
  • Demonstrating ability to create systems architecture and solution design.
  • Wireless Postpaid/Prepaid solutions experience.
Even better if you have:
  • Seven or more years of relevant work experience with two or more years of experience in solution/technical/enterprise architecture.
  • Ability to define Workflow and business process management.
  • PEGA knowledge.
  • AMDOCS Product Catalog knowledge.
